 "WOW"!! Now that's what I call customer service!! The parts were here, when I returned home from work today. While most companies today are "promoting", their customer service as an extra selling point, (and you usually find out out after the fact, that in reality it's "lack of", ) you people really come through. I absolutely love my Undercover tonneau. The ease in which it can be removed, and re-installed cannot be beat. And I have owned 7 different tonneaus in the past, none of which can be compared to yours. "Thank you, thank you, thank you"!

I am absolutly thrilled to see all of the new features on the Undercover Tonneau. I love the hidden brackets and the ease of the new quick release struts. The LED light in the back is a great addition, and my favorite part, the new latches that give you the option of locking or not while still keeping the lid secure. I am very impressed with all the detailed changes you've made from the older models. I loved my Original Undercover so much that I decided to get another on for my new truck and after seeing all of these cool new features, I know more than ever that I made the right choice...again. Thanks for a fantastic product. |
Undercover –
The Undercover Tonneau cover for my ’07 Silverado arrived via freight today. And I just wanted to let you know - I could not be any happier with the product. The delivery was scheduled for 11:30 this morning – so I took off work (for lunch) to meet the shipper. He and I opened the box to ensure no damage occurred in transit and I got so anxious upon seeing the cover that I had to install it – RIGHT NOW!!!!
Since my truck had the stock tailgate lip, you also sent me a new tailgate cap. This had to be installed first. Ten minutes later and that was done. Next up - the Undercover. I’ve really got to compliment the folks that wrote and developed their instructions: clear and simple. The brackets were on in minutes (even with my truck having the factory installed Chevrolet Cargo Management System) and then with an extra hand, the cover slipped right into place. Add the struts, quickly adjust the lock strike-plates, and all was done.
It looks good, conforms to the shape of the cab cleanly, operates perfectly, and it seals and protects the bed of my truck. As I said in the beginning – I could not be happier with this product.
Thanks again for all of your flexibility in allowing me to return the Advance cover and then purchase the Undercover. Your customer service focus has been noted and is appreciated.

 I want to complement you on a GREAT cover. Yesterday we had a storm roll in unexpectedly. The winds howled at 50 mph, rain and hail was coming down hard. My just installed Undercover held through without a problem! There was not a drop of rain inside the cargo area. The cover installed in about an hour without difficulty! I emailed tech support with a question and had a representative call me the next morning who lived just north of me in Melbourne, Florida. He was helpful and walked out to his Toyota Tundra to confirm the answer he gave me. I highly recommend your cover. It looks great and does the job!

I have had different covers one three trucks
and for the price you can not compare undercover.
The cover went on very easy. It fit perfectly
without any fuss or modifications needed. This
cover does not interfere with my track system
installed by the factory and all accessories
work without interference. I really like the
look and ease of use. I've had a number of trucks
with covers and this has to be the best one
I have ever had. I would highly recommend this
cover.
I have a cover on a 2001 Dakota quad cab
that I just purchased. The cover came with the
truck and is in like new condition. It looks
good and works great.
This cover is so light and easy to take off
and put back on. real water tight and secure.

I love this cover! Recently installed the
tonneau cover for a trip to Washington to protect
our luggage. We encountered over one foot of
snow in the Cascades while driving and during
our stay. The cover looks great, held up superbly,
and did not leak. Awesome cover and would definitely
recommend to anyone!
